Don't let the name fool you.... This is the best company you will find in Mount Maunganui!! My work takes me around the country a fair bit, often having to work remotely.

Having experienced plenty of the share spaces on offer, I can confidently say this has been my favorite. Comfortable, welcoming, located brilliantly, but maybe most importantly professional and incredibly collaborative if that is what you seek.

Facilities on offer are 5 star, the app they use for booking space and rooms is simple, clear and fuss free. Viarni has been a fantastic host, and is always a pleasure to work with.

The short of the long is, for the best company, head to Bad Company. My company cannot speak highly enough.

Working at this co-working space for a week was like finding a unicorn on a rainbow while riding a unicycle. It was magical, colorful, and an absolute delight!

The space itself is bright, modern, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need to get work done. The wifi was fast enough to download a year's worth of cat videos (not that I did that, of course), and the ergonomic chairs were so comfortable that I may or may not have fallen asleep during a particularly long conference call.

But what really sets this co-working space apart is the people. The fellow co-workers are all friendly, welcoming, and always ready to crack a joke. And the 'Bad-Linda' Belinda was possibly the best Community Manager I've met. Admittedly, my perception could be biased due to Belinda's daily distributions of hazelnut chocolate.

In all seriousness, though, I had an amazing time working here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and productive place to work in Hastings. Whether you're a freelancer, entrepreneur, or just someone who needs a change of scenery, this co-working space is definitely worth checking out. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!"

Bad Company Wanaka is by far my favourite co-working space. Personally I enjoy the flexibility of the bookings app and how effortless it is to book/pay/invoice for a desk.

Whether it's for a couple of hours or a couple of full-time weeks I'm able to update and adjust it all in the app. The space is bright and tidy, and I'm always greeted with a smile.

Tori is also helpful with connections and collaborations with a genuine generosity that makes the space feel like home rather than a sterile office.

I'm self-employed and I've been going to Bad Company for the last 4 weeks or so since moving to Tauranga at the start of June, and I really enjoy my time in the space. It's great for a drop in, for a few days a week in the office or something more long-term.

The facilities are exactly what you'd need and they have some desks with monitors which is ideal for someone like me who works off spreadsheets on a regular basis. I primarily work from home so it's been good for my mental health to work away from home a couple of days a week.

I enjoy the social aspect of the space and have met some really welcoming and fun people - great networking and learning opportunities! I particularly enjoy meeting the furbabies of the residents!

I found Bad Company when needing a workspace when stuck in the Hawkes Bay for an additional day due to car repairs.

This is a magical find for those needing casual office space. The app makes booking and paying for the space really easy. The old building is fantastic and there is a range of workspaces and meeting rooms (the bar leaner in the sunshine room is my personal favourite).

Everything is on point, from the amazing design, natural light (and fresh air) to the background ambient music which doesn’t impact concentration but allows conversations to be somewhat private. And all with the expected functionality is there in terms of printing, great Wi-Fi, kitchen etc. Great coffee and food options straight across the road too.

Not only did it allow me to keep working but the space is an absolute pleasure to work in. So much so I will look to extend my next trip to the Hawkes Bay knowing I can have a functional workspace during the day.

What an oasis! Tori and Tara do such a good job at creating an awesome workspace vibe and making you feel welcome.

The insane mountain views, fresh sourdough and solid tunes make this spot the best place for a day's work in Wanaka.

BC is the ultimate co-working location in the Mount. Perfect for anyone who needs a fresh environment or looking for somewhere to work full time. It attracts epic people, ideal for bouncing ideas around, networking and making new friends.

BC also look after you with spontaneous treats throughout the week with Vogels and choccy on tap. I love working here and recommend it to everyone.

Spent a few days in here while working abroad. First time in a co-working space and I look forward to returning.

Working from a collab space has been an absolute game changer for me!! I work solo and after joining this space, I get more work done than I do sitting at home. I'm happier, i'm less distracted and the crew I have met here have all become good friends.

Everyone helps one another out, and my business has grown because of the networking and help i've received from other businesses working in the space. I've not found another collab space like this. Highly recommend.
