The Fine Print

We take your mail, and your privacy, seriously.
All mail sent to our Bad Company address is received securely and logged by our team. You’ll be notified when something arrives, and depending on your plan, we can hold it for collection, scan and email it to you, or forward it on.
Mail is stored safely for up to 30 days and handled only by authorised staff. We never open your mail unless you’ve given us written permission to do so.
A full Mail Handling Policy is shared during signup, covering scanning, forwarding, storage timeframes, and privacy details.

The Bad Company business address is available exclusively to approved Virtual Office members, and Bad Company Members.
Active members may use the address for marketing, official registrations (including the Companies Register), and business correspondence. Unauthorised use of our address for any other purpose isn’t permitted.
When your membership ends, you’ll need to update your listings and remove the address from your materials within 14 days.
